Growing Conditions
Vineyard: Doc Steve Ollie planted 300 vines of Barbera between 2012 – 2014.
Each vine loved and cared for by the man who genuinely loves the beauty, earth and all that Idaho provides. His goal was to harvest a grape as natural and unique as the earth of the Sunnyslope region with the background of the untouched beauty of the Owyhee mountains. An extremely unique and special wine we are blessed to share with you.
The Barbera truly showcases the terroir of the sun-drenched earth of the Owyhee’s.

Barbera pairs well with rich meats, mushrooms, and assertive cheeses like Stilton or Bleu.
