Palate
Our Terrosa is a premium blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit
Verdot, hand-harvested from low-yield vines that reliably deliver rich, concentrated fruit, producing age-worthy wines of great complexity. The dense,
deep purple color in the glass is accompanied by aromas of ripe black cherry
with teasing hints of leather and tobacco. The namesake “terrosa” is further
reflected in the earthy, dark fruit flavors of blackberry and currant.

Food Pairing
A rich, full-bodied wine cries out for equally robust grilled steak with
chimichurri sauce, duck and sausage cassoulet, or mushroom bolognese. A
few years of additional aging will soften the tannins and offer a congenial
companion to a fine rack of lamb or coq-au-vin.
