Hand cared for every step of the way, our Estate Reserve Syrah shows the hot, windy, slope of our terroir in its exquisite black fruit and black pepper notes with strong tannins that will show to advantage over the next five years.

Relatively rarely grown in the US and particularly in Idaho, our hot, sunny hillside has no trouble ripening these grapes. They are hand tended, picked and vinted - no equipment involved. The wine sings with smooth tannins and just the right about of acidity.
