Aromas of cherry pie and baking spices greet the nose with a slight presence of wet stone minerality. Flavors of black plum and fig with a hint of graphite give way to a dark chocolate tannin finish. Pair with a rich grilled steak and peppercorn sauce or add a cup to your favorite red pasta sauce or beef stroganoff to make a well paired pasta meal.

Aromas of great dark cherry, floral, and spice aromas.  Tobacco and spice flavors immediately hit the mid palate when tasting this wine.  Black cherry, bell pepper, and grape jam breaks through and leaves a long fruit forward finish.

This medium-bodied red opens with aromas of sweet spices of clove and cinnamon as well as hints of new leather. Flavors of cocoa and blackberry great the palate with a tobacco and red plum finish. Pair this wine with smoked brisket or pork ribs. It would easily rinse down a char-grilled blue cheeseburger too.

Aromas of star fruit, apricot, and yellow apple mingle with the scent of brown butter. On the palate a refreshing lemon zest and pineapple fruit give way to a creamy hazelnut finish.

Syrah tends to be a big but luscious wine without heavy tannins and very drinkable. It tends to lean more toward darker fruits and spice. This full-bodied wine with a dark inky color greats the nose with boysenberry jam, bold baking spice, leather and a hint of smokey bacon fat. Flavors of current, black plum, and cracked pepper give the palate and exciting tour of a Rhone, France. This wine would pair nice with some exotic meat dishes with lots of sauce and spice. Rack of lamb, Gyros, Tikka Masala or Tandoori Chicken, or Chili Colorado.
