Nose

Aromas of star fruit, apricot, and yellow apple mingle with the scent of brown butter.

Palate

On the palate a refreshing lemon zest and pineapple fruit give way to a creamy hazelnut finish.

Winemaking

This Chardonnay went through partial malolactic fermentation to soften and round out the acids as well as give some mouthfeel. It was also stirred on the lees to give more texture and flavors.
