The Hat Trick, an 'achievement based on threes.' has found its way into the sports world typically meaning three goals or scores. This is a spectacular blend of Malbec, Tempranillo, and Merlot that is balanced to perfection. We think it is a 'Hat Trick' all on its own.

Our Estate grown Muscat Ottonel is fermented to dryness inspired by an old world style, hence 'Dry Moscato.' This light layered wine has nodes of pineapple and other tropical fruits. Serve chilled with your favorite charcuterie or seafood dish. Silver Medal 2024 Cascadia International and Idaho Wine Competitions.

Grüner is not often found grown in the U.S., but it does well in our Idaho climate. Light and crisp with aromas of yellow apple and pear, this Grüner Veltliner is fresh and balanced with a clean, mineral finish and versatile white for any occasion.

Rich and bold, the 2022 Syrah opens with dark fruit aromas of blueberry and plum layered with subtle tobacco notes. On the palate, it's full-bodied and structured, with smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Perfectly suited to dark meats and heartier dishes, this Syrah delivers depth and complexity in every sip.

Aged entirely in neutral oak to highlight the character of our estate fruit, this Tempranillo opens with inviting aromas of dried cherry and fig. The palate is structured yet approachable, offering layers of dried fruit, tobacco, and leather. Earthy undertones and fine tannins lead into a smooth, lingering finish that speaks to both the varietal’s tradition and the unique expression of our vineyard.

Made in 75% new oak for added structure and length. Oak and vanilla on the nose, opens up to black cherry and black currant on the palate with medium acidity that will lend to better aging, firm tannins, and a long finish.
