Its classic flavors include crushed gravel and raspberry on the nose, and layers of tart cherries and vanilla leading to complex tannins on the finish. The use of 30% new French oak and extended skin contact during fermentation contribute to the wine's depth and aging potential, making it a serious Cabernet Franc. Double Gold Medal 2023 Cascadia International Wine Competition.
This blend of Malbec, Merlot, and a splash of Cabernet Franc tastes like fresh-picked garden strawberries in summer. Bursting with flavor but only about 1% residual sugar.
Our Estate grown Muscat Ottonel is fermented to dryness inspired by an old world style, hence 'Dry Moscato.' This light layered wine has nodes of pineapple and other tropical fruits. Serve chilled with your favorite charcuterie or seafood dish.
This Malbec is a blend of three different vineyards: 60% Rockspur, 34% Williamsons, and 6% Sawtooth grapes. Very balanced with notes of cherry blossom on the nose, followed by Bing cherry, Damson plum and blueberry on the palate. 94 Point Rating Great Northwest Wine Magazine, Double Gold 2023 Cascadia International Wine Competition, Double Gold 2023 Idaho Wine Competition.
Our first ever vintage of Estate grown Grüner Veltliner, and already a Gold medal winner. Most commonly grown in Austria, Grüner is not often found grown in the U.S., but it does well in our Idaho climate. Enjoy this zesty and refreshing wine, with aromas and flavors of apple, citrus, and white pepper.
Tempranillo gets its name from Temprano; meaning early in Spanish and is the dominant variety in Spain. The Snake River Valley's warm days and cool nights make Tempranillo ideally suited for this region and we believe the proof is in the bottle! Enjoy with bolder meat dishes and aged Spanish cheeses. Best in Class and Gold Medal, 95 points, Cascadia International Wine Competition; Gold Medal Idaho Wine Competition.
