Nose
This wine will strike your nose with the smell of dark berry fruits, caramel, and tobacco notes.
Palate
It is a relatively full-bodied wine with medium tannins. The flavors of strawberry and raspberry are balanced with the taste of roasted peppers and a hint of green pepper.
Growing Conditions
Our Estate Cabernet Franc comes from the grapes grown in our driveway here at Lindsay Creek.
Winemaking
It recently won a Gold Metal at the Cascadia Wine Competition held in Richland, WA and Gold at the Idaho Wine Competition!
