Leading into flavors of ripe plum and blackberry that are integrated with medium acid, hints of oak and a touch of vanilla, followed by supple, smooth tannins.

The 2018 harvest in Idaho brought a bountiful vintage year after a difficult freeze in 2017, this year the vines resurrected to provide an ample, quality harvest. A slight freeze in the early springtime proved a small hiccup, but ultimately did not affect the vines. The long, warm temperatures throughout the summer months followed by a lengthy, steady harvest contributed to superb fruit that created big flavours for both reds and whites.
