Growing Conditions

This delightful dry rosé is crafted using Grenache grapes sourced from block 70 of Sawtooth Vineyard.

Winemaking

The fruit was machine-picked in the morning and transferred to the press after 4 hours, imparting the rosé with it’s beautiful pink color. The juice was transferred to neutral barrels, where it underwent both alcohol fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The result is a rosé with a subtle hint of sweetness upfront, followed by a clean and refreshing finish.
