Nose

Crushed lime and peach blossom lead into a voluptuous palate with hints of honeysuckle and subtle licorice.

Palate

Bright acidity and lingering minerality create a refreshing, textured finish.

Growing Conditions

The 2024 Vintage showed the consistency of “Continental Climates” with temperatures very close to the 20-year average. Warmer temperatures in September and early October with no rain storms made the harvest fast. We set a record for the fastest harvest for Cinder at 5.5 weeks, fInishing October 16th, just before the fall storms started! Congratulations to the growers and the Cinder Cellar Team for executing a tremendously high quality harvest.
