Welcome to our Idaho estate vineyard and artisan winery, located in Southern Idaho’s Snake River Valley AVA along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. You’ll find Huston Vineyards on Chicken Dinner Road, adjacent to the historic town of Huston, Idaho. As farmers, first of all, our wines begin in the vineyards, whether one of our estate vineyards or a specially-selected vineyard, which might bring a unique terroir component to our wines. Each site is carefully farmed and personally managed to ensure the premium quality of our handcrafted, small lot varietal wines. Every year, 30 to 40 different small lots are carefully watched over in the vineyard and winery, ensuring that the very best of the Snake River Valley is bottled in each vintage. The Snake River Valley’s long and abundant growing history stems from our rich volcanic soils, intense sunlight, and warm, dry temperatures—and proximity to the Snake River. Fruit is ripened by the warm growing season, as well as the diurnal shift offering cool nights—preserving acids and creating fruit-forward wines with outstanding structure. This blend is bursting with aromas of fruit, black currant and blueberry from the Petite Sirah, with black cherry notes from the Cabernet.

This Sparkling Grüner Veltliner is the first of its kind in Idaho. And Huston Vineyards was the first to grow and produce the grape in the state

Merlot Blend

Red Blend

Chicken Dinner Red Wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grenache, Syrah & Malbec. This wine exhibits ruby red color and black cherry and currant aromas. It is a medium bodied blend displaying notes of cherry and blackberry with a lively spicy finish.


Riesling Blend

This blend of Riesling, Muscat Blanc and Viognier is pale straw color and tropical fruit aromas are the introduction to this off-dry white blend. Flavors of green apple, apricot and honeysuckle create a crisp yet balanced mid-palate and finish.

Huston Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon is rich dark berry color and aromas of currant and black cherry with dark fruit and earthy flavors. This full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has rich texture and a lingering finish.


Rosé

Our Rosé is light pink in hue and has aromas of rose petals. This wine expresses flavors of pomegranate and is medium in body. Our Chicken Dinner Rosé of Mourvedre finishes lively yet lingers.

Rich blackberry colors and aromas of dried blueberries and allspice, this full bodied wine displays flavors of plum and black currant with supple tannins and spicy yet lingering finish.

Aromas of bright honeysuckle and stone fruit. 
This 2022 Dry Riesling has flavors of nectarine and pear with a  slightly round mid-palate and lively crisp finish.  


Aromas of citrus, lime, lemon, and white pepper with honey and minerality on the mid-palate. The finish is lively with perfectly balanced acidity.
