The finish is smooth with a touch of oak spice, and medium tannins leave a pleasant lingering finish.

Growing Conditions

The 2021 growing season was quite memorable. It was hot and dry, making growing wine grapes challenging. Harvesting started two weeks earlier than usual and was completed by October 1st.

Aging

Aged in concrete and French oak.
