Growing Conditions
The 2022 vintage was one marked by delayed bud-break, cooler temperatures, and a late and long harvest. Slow ripening, cool evenings, and lots of heavy fruit loads allowed flavors to mature in each varietal.

Food Pairing
This dainty rosé will pair delightfully with light dishes -summer salads, fresh grilled fish, or lightly dressed penne with pine nuts. Try your hand at Provençal cooking, think tomatoes, garlic, eggplant - voila!
