Palate
A refreshingly crisp palate which is bursting with flavors of strawberry and stone fruit leaving a lingering finish.
Nicely balanced acidity and sweetness but dry on the palate with a burst of fruit to finish.

The 2021 Idaho Harvest started with a mixture of sunshine, clouds, and rain during bloom and early yield assessments appeared as though we would have a similar harvest to 2019 and 2020. Then the heat arrived in June. As much of the Northwest would experience, summer in Idaho would bring the hottest temperatures on record with little precipitation. White varieties show expressive aromatics of stone, and tropical fruit flavors with bright acids. All in all, 2021 brought a well-earned, successful harvest with excellent quality.
